Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital Nordlab Archicad add-on purchases made on nordlab.net.

Products are delivered electronically as license keys and downloadable .apx files after payment confirmation.

• duplicate or accidental payment;
• product not delivered due to seller fault;
• material mismatch with the website description;
• technical failure not resolved within a reasonable time.

Once a license key or download access has been delivered, refunds are generally not available except where required by law or when the product was not provided or is non-functional.

Contact admin@nordlab.net with your purchase email, payment confirmation, and a description of the issue.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Settlement time depends on your bank and Robokassa.
